# Product Category

## From Product Category Window

To add a new Product Category, follow these steps

* Click on the Product Category button located on the left side menu.
* Click the Add New button to access the interface for adding a new product category.&#x20;
* This process allows you to organize your products into categories and easily manage your product information.

* To save a new product category, fill in all the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (\*), as well as any additional required fields. Once all the necessary information has been entered, click on the Save button to store the new product category in the system

## From Product Window

While creating a product in the Products window, you can easily create a new product category by following these steps:

Click on the Product Category dropdown menu.

When you click on the + Add New Product Category button, a new window will open. To save the new product category, fill in all the mandatory and required fields. Once all the necessary information has been entered, click on the Save button to store the new product category in the system
