New Stock Issue

To issue stock against a stock request, follow the steps below:

• Navigate to the left menu and click on "Stock Issue."

• The stock issue page will be displayed.

• Select the stock request document number from the dropdown.

• The system will display the requested products along with their current stock levels.

• Enter the "Transfer Quantity" and click on the "Save" button.

• To process the stock issue, simply click on the "Issue" button.

To issue stock without a stock request, follow the steps below:

• Navigate to the left menu and click on "Stock Issue."

• Select "Source" and "Destination" from the dropdown.

• Add products either by clicking the "Add Product" button or by scanning the product's barcode using a compatible scanner.

• Enter the "Transfer Quantity" and click on the "Save" button.

• To process the stock issue, simply click on the "Issue" button.
