Stock Ledger Report

The stock ledger report provides a detailed record of all inventory transactions over a specific time period. This report tracks every movement of inventory, including purchase, purchase return, adjustments, and transfers between warehouses. This report is typically comprised of the following columns:

  • SKU: The stock-keeping unit of the product

  • Warehouse: The warehouse where the product is present

  • Storage Location: The specific storage location within the warehouse where the product has been present

  • Storage Bin: The bin to which the product belongs

  • Product Category: The category to which the product belongs

  • Product: Name of the product

  • Opening Stock: Quantity of the product at the beginning of a given period

  • Opening Cost: Cost of the product at the beginning of a given period

  • Sale Qty: Quantity of product soled

  • Purchase Qty: Quantity of product purchased

  • Stock adjustment Qty: Quantity of product adjusted

  • Stock Issue: Quantity of product that has been issued

  • Stock Receipt: Quanity of product received

By selecting a specific date range, the stock ledger report provides businesses with comprehensive information about their inventory at various levels, including warehouses, storage locations, product categories, and individual products.
