Creating Return Receipt

To access the Return Receipt in the Sales module, go to the Returns option in the main menu.

Then, click on the Return Receipt button in the left-side menu and select the Add New option to create a new Return Receipt

To complete the creation of a Return Receipt, fill in the mandatory fields indicated by an asterisk (*) and any other relevant information in the remaining fields.

Once you have entered all the necessary information, click on Save to finalize the process and generate the Return Receipt.

To include products in the Return Receipt, add them to the Lines section of the interface. Once you have added all the desired products, click on Save to finalize the process and generate the Return Receipt.
