# Loyalty Level

Loyalty level in CW POS refers to a customer loyalty program that can be customized and set up to reward customers based on their purchase behavior. By using this feature, businesses can offer incentives such as discounts, free products, or exclusive offers to customers who reach certain loyalty levels based on their spending and purchasing frequency. This can help encourage repeat business and build customer loyalty, which can ultimately lead to increased revenue and a better customer experience. The loyalty level feature can be configured and managed within the POS system.
