# Customers

In a POS system, a retail customer is a person or business that purchases goods or services from a store. The POS system records details of each transaction made by the customer, including the products purchased, payment method, and other relevant information. Our POS system offers features such as customer data management, loyalty programs, and targeted marketing tools to help retailers improve customer engagement and retention.
